Answered Before You Call

For most of greater Melbourne we can arrange a site visit within two to three business days, and often sooner if there is a gap in the schedule. If you have already sent us photos and measurements, we can sometimes quote without visiting at all, which saves everyone a trip.
No. For standard residential jobs inside the metro area, the initial visit and quote are free. If you are located outside the greater Melbourne area, we may charge a small travel fee, but we always let you know that before making the trip.
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Our Cremorne showroom lets you compare chandeliers, pendants and LED fittings lit side by side in a room setting. Showroom visits are by appointment so that a designer can meet you and answer questions in person.
Yes, particularly for hospitality venues such as restaurants, bars and cafes where daytime disruption is not possible. We routinely schedule installations between 9 pm and 5 am, and our commercial packages include those time windows as standard. There is a weekend and after-hours loading, which we disclose upfront.
A photo of the room and ceiling, the suburb or postcode, and a rough idea of the fixture style or lighting change you are after. If you already have a quote from another installer, send that too. The more we know upfront, the more accurate our first response will be.
